Customer-Focused Retail Team Member – In-Store Experience

The National Trust shop at Stowe is looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors, answer questions, and help them enjoy their day. You’ll keep the shop well presented and deliver excellent service, while explaining how purchases support National Trust projects.

The role offers 1–2 shifts per week across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. Applicants complete an online assessment in lieu of a CV, with a closing date of 16 August 2026.
