Senior Visitor Experience Lead – Lacock Abbey

The National Trust is seeking a Senior Visitor Experience Officer for Lacock Abbey and The Courts Garden. You will help create outstanding, welcoming experiences for diverse visitors, coordinating staff and volunteers and ensuring smooth daily operations during busy periods.

Based at Lacock Abbey, you will work with the Welcome and Collections teams to maintain high standards of presentation and service, including weekend rotas and duty management as needed.
