Red 5 People is recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join a charity supporting people with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to return to work. You will work with a supportive team, receive excellent training and help participants move towards sustainable employment.

Key duties include collaborating with physiotherapists, supporting up to six months of physiotherapy and a free gym membership, and maintaining accurate records to track progress and outcomes.
