The Argory in Dungannon is seeking a Welcome Manager to lead our Welcome Team and volunteers, ensuring a warm, memorable visitor experience. You will support Springhill and Ardress House, delivering consistent welcome across sites and travel between them as required.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations in the welcome area, mentor your team, and help grow our charitable income while upholding National Trust policies and safeguarding standards. Regular weekend/holiday duties apply.
