What You’ll Do
You will design learning experiences that help BCG employees build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities they need to succeed. Working across a broad portfolio of learning initiatives, you will create engaging, practical, and impactful experiences that support capability development, business priorities, and continuous learning across the firm.
You will take a holistic approach to learning design, identifying learning needs across the employee journey and developing the right mix of formal training, digital learning, agentic nudges and moment-of-need resources. By connecting learning across programs and audiences, you will create cohesive learning experiences that drive engagement, knowledge retention, and measurable business impact.
In this role, you will:
Translate complex concepts into accessible, practical learning using storytelling, real-world scenarios, and evidence-based learning design
Create compelling multimodal learning solutions, including live, virtual instructor-led, on-demand, interactive eLearning, agentic solutions, and workflow-based learning
Conduct learner and stakeholder analysis to identify learning needs, capability gaps, and opportunities to improve performance
Apply AI responsibly to research, prototype, and develop learning solutions, improving efficiency, accelerating design workflows, and enhancing the learner experience
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across BCG to design accurate, relevant, and high-impact learning solutions
Build alignment across stakeholders while championing learner-centered design and continuous improvement
Manage multiple learning projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an excellent learner experience
Develop and execute project plans, monitor milestones, and support successful implementation across global audiences
What You’ll Bring
You bring 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field
You design engaging, behaviorally driven learning that translates complex topics into practical application
You apply strong critical thinking and storytelling to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
You work confidently with stakeholders, balancing perspectives while advocating for high-quality solutions
You manage multiple projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality outcomes on time
You bring experience designing and developing live, virtual, and digital learning experiences, using AI to build innovative learning solutions such as facilitator artifacts, learner assistants, knowledge bots, and performance support tools.
You collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
