Job Description:
The National Trust is seeking a Welcome Manager (Band 1) to lead our Welcome & Service team at Belton Estate, near Grantham, Lincolnshire. You’ll oversee the Visitor Information Hub, coordinate volunteers and staff, plan rotas and ensure an outstanding visitor experience every day.
Reporting to the Visitor Operations Manager, you will drive membership growth, uphold National Trust guidelines, and act as duty manager for safeguarding, cash handling, and emergencies.
