Head of Conservation Joinery Workshop

National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty in West Wycombe is seeking a hands-on Building Supervisor (Specialist Crafts) to lead and grow our conservation joinery team at Park Farm. You will manage up to 4 bench joiners plus an apprentice, develop skills, supervise workshop activity, and liaise with property teams to bring conservation projects to life.

Some home-working may be possible.
