Head of Service Standards & Luxury Experience

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Head of Standards & Service to define and embed exceptional service standards across the Club. You will coach leaders, drive operational excellence and ensure a consistently outstanding member and guest experience.

In this role you will own and evolve service standards, develop SOPs, and lead cross-functional initiatives to raise standards club-wide. A passion for hospitality and team leadership is essential.
