Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Support- Trades Workshop Assistant in Cardiff (Llanishen) to help students aged 11-16 with ALN and SEMH. You will guide practical learning in mechanical, electrical and woodworking trades, working with teachers to create a nurturing, safe learning environment.
The successful candidate will have hands-on trades experience, a patient, calm manner, and a willingness to support pupils in 1:1 or small-group settings.
