Head of Talent, Learning & Culture

Ofqual is seeking a Head of Talent, Development and Culture to lead the people agenda during a period of organisational change. You will design and deliver strategic initiatives that attract, develop and retain top talent while embedding an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will build robust talent pipelines, future leadership routes and early careers programmes, partner with senior leaders, and translate analytics into actionable insights to drive measurable outcomes for the organisation.
