Paloma is seeking an AI Engineer to join our growing AI squad. This hands-on role will help shape evaluation culture, tooling choices, and the growth of Paloma’s AI team within our product, engineering, and clinical streams.

You will contribute to cutting-edge AI product development, build and run evaluation pipelines, and help Paloma become an AI-native organization with a strong clinical focus. The role is based in London with hybrid work flexibility.
