Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member in a delivery driver role. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum 12 months driving experience
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 (required for alcohol deliveries)
• Good communication skills essential

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on scheduled routes
• Operate vehicle safely in all weather conditions
• Use automated technology to pre‑plan routes and pre‑load van
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction

Contract Type

Permanent

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, scheduled as five 7.5‑hour days within a seven‑day period. Shift times: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 midnight. 13‑week rota published in advance.

Pay Structure

Hourly rates (lunar paid every four weeks):

• Monday to Saturday basic £12.75
• Evening premium (6pm) £1.12
• Sunday day premium £1.28
• Sunday evening premium £2.51
• Overtime – day shift £15.94, evening shift £17.06

Average hourly earnings: £13.38 after premiums.
