Job Description:
Care Outlook invites you to join our Reablement team to help vulnerable adults regain independence after hospital stays. You will travel across Oxfordshire (primarily Cherwell) delivering care in clients’ homes and following care plans.
This is a salaried role at £28,600 per year (40 hours per week, pro rata for contracts between 30-40 hours), with alternating weekends and a shift pattern from 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm. You must have a full UK driving licence and car access.
