Location Available: Cleeve Court – Twerton, Bath (Care Residential Centre)

Cleeve Court is a purpose built 45 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton, Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport. This a Casual Role.

Our residents may have dementia, cognitive issues, physical disabilities, or frailty requiring support in their daily lives.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker:

  • You will be working in a supervisory position supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining exceptional high levels of care and support to the residents.
  • Your duties will include dealing with the day-to-day management of Cleeve Court, supervision of staff, rota cover, undertaking audits and staff development.
  • You will be required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, following policy and procedure in a proactive manner.

About You

We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds for example nursing, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, healthcare etc. Where fundamentally, you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity. Above all, we seek someone with empathy and passion who can make a positive difference in someone’s day.
