Bath & North East Somerset Council is recruiting a Bank Senior Care Assistant for Cleeve Court in Twerton, Bath. The role is casual and offers enhanced pay opportunities for shifts on weekends, nights and bank holidays to support resident care and wellbeing.

You will work in a supervisory capacity, assisting the Registered Manager with day-to-day care delivery, staff supervision, rota cover, audits and staff development, while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and Bathnes policies.
