Prime Life is seeking compassionate Bank Support Workers in Brigg to provide dignified, person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The role offers flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm across seven days, with a welcoming team and a home designed for 14 residents.

We provide fully funded DBS, a comprehensive Holiday Pay scheme and a Refer a Friend bonus up to £250. Training is provided to develop skills and confidence in daily support tasks.
