Support Worker — Enable Independence & Wellbeing

Salutem Care and Education in Widnes is seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality, enabling care to adults with complex physical and learning disabilities. You will help individuals live as independently as possible and support personal goals within a warm community.

The role is based on a 4-week rolling rota with early and late shifts (07:00–15:00 and 14:30–22:30), plus sleep-in duties and alternate weekends. A compassionate, team-oriented attitude and strong communication are essential.
