Senior Production Lead (Food) – Rotating & Night Shifts

Response Personnel Ltd in Dunstable is recruiting two Senior Production Operatives to join our client on a rotating shift pattern: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and a night shift Sunday–Thursday 22:00–06:00. Pay rates are £14.99 for early shifts, £16.94 for late shifts, and £19.94 per hour for night shifts.

You will lead a small team, work on the production line, book stock on the system, monitor lines, perform manual handling, keep areas clean and ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations.
