Child & Family Health Support Specialist

HCRG Care Group is seeking an Early Help Support Worker to join the team at Paulton Memorial Hospital. The role supports child health services, including NCMP and vision screening, with a focus on safeguarding and health promotion.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours, term-time only, five days a week, and will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, Care Certificate, strong communication skills, and experience with children in the community.
