Residential Health Support Worker – Deaf & Complex Needs

Cambian Group in Sutton, England, is seeking an enthusiastic Health Support Worker to join a residential home for young adults 16+ who are deaf or have significant hearing loss. You will work on a rota, supporting daily living and social activities in a caring environment.

You will use digital care records daily and may learn British Sign Language; full induction and training are provided. The role includes travel with residents and coordinating with families and professionals.
