Regional Charity Retail Manager – Seasonal (Home-based)

C2 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Retail Regional Manager for the busy festive period. The role is home-based with regular travel across London, Surrey and Hertfordshire, leading a portfolio of seasonal shops and supporting Shop Managers and volunteers to maximise sales.

You will prepare shops for opening, analyse sales performance, and build strong relationships with venue partners to ensure an outstanding Christmas trading period and customer experience.
