Cyber Security Services Delivery Lead

Jisc is seeking a Cyber security service manager to oversee delivery of security services, acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams and vendors. You will manage service performance, incidents and improvements within a flexible hybrid working pattern across UK hubs.

You will work with a technical security operations context, collaborating with SOC-related services and ITIL-aligned processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and resilient delivery.
