Quality & Development Lead – Transform Education

PeoplePlus UK, through its Education, Skills and Work team at HMP Millsike, seeks an experienced Quality & Development Manager to lead quality assurance, staff development and awarding organisation compliance across education and vocational training.

You will coach tutors, drive continuous improvement, coordinate EQA visits, prepare SAR and QIP, and help ensure Ofsted readiness while developing a high‑performing learning culture in the prison education environment.
