Census Operations Lead — Delivery & Readiness

The Scottish Government is seeking a senior operations leader to head the design and delivery readiness for Scotlandu2019s Census 2031. You will lead a team across operational readiness, workforce capability and delivery planning, coordinating with ONS, NISRA and partners to ensure a credible, timely census delivery.

This time-limited role, running through 2032, will involve managing field operations, contact centres, logistics and analytics, with a focus on delivering high-quality statistics
