Lead Bid Manager — Hybrid (FM & Renewables)

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Bid Manager to join our Facilities Management business (BAM FM). The role involves leading the preparation and submission of tenders for soft, hard, and integrated BAM FM contracts, including Digital, Sustainability and Project works.

You will manage a team of bid managers, coordinate bid activities, ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards, and work with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal and HR to gather information.
