About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative features on our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and developers. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Maintain and improve existing codebase to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs or issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies where applicable.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
