Engineering Lead – Remote, Equity, Path to CTO

FreshPay is a UK-based, next-generation payroll platform. We are seeking an in-house technical leader to define engineering culture, guide delivery, and translate strategy into actionable work.

You will work with leadership, our outsourced provider, and fractional CTO to raise standards and move the product forward. You’ll blend hands-on delivery with high-level planning, mentoring and hiring, with a clear path toward Head/CTO roles.
