THE ROLE

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer 5 + PQE
n
The successful candidate will join the in-house legal team of a private equity-backed national property group.
n
The role will involve managing a varied caseload of transactional leasehold matters, supporting the wider legal team, providing commercially focused legal advice to the business
n
Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
n
Lease Extensions
n
Collective Enfranchisements
n
Deeds of Variation
n
Licences
n
Residential property transactions
n
n
THE CANDIDATE
n
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of handling residential property and transactional leasehold work, ideally gained in private practice or an in-house legal team.
n
Candidates with experience of transactional leasehold reform matters, including lease extensions and collective enfranchisements would be of interest .
n
Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous but is not essential
n
This role is for a 12 month contract
