Retail Store Co-Manager: Lead Sales and Service

Machine Mart in Carlisle is seeking a store supervisor to help run the day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager. You will lead 4–6 staff, motivate the team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will work up to 45 hours per week, with paid overtime or TOIL. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and a hands-on leader committed to high standards and team success.
