Customer Team Leader — Part-Time, Flexible Store Lead

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader for our Seaview Terrace store in Burry Port. You will lead the shift, keep shelves stocked, and ensure excellent service while managing store operations and staff.

You’ll motivate the team, work hands-on on the floor and tills, and contribute to merchandising, stock accuracy, and community engagement. A part-time pattern with weekend flexibility is required.
