Part-Time Store Team Leader – Customer & Community Impact

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Horwich to run the store on shift and lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. This permanent, part-time role covers 20 hours per week with regular overtime and a mix of opening, closing and mid-day shifts, including at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift.
