ED Flow Coordinator: Fast-Paced Patient Pathways

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Flow Coordinator in the Emergency Department at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor. The role involves supporting the Medical Team Leader and NIC to monitor patient pathways and manage flow across triage, resus, majors, minors and Fit2Sit, on a 08:00–03:00, 7-days-a-week shift pattern.

The post requires excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills, with experience in busy clinical or administrative settings.
