School Catering Lead – Hybrid Work

Gateshead Council is seeking a catering supervisor to lead, supervise and support a small team delivering a high-quality two-course mid-day meal service for around 200 pupils daily. You will oversee food preparation, service, ordering, stock control and ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and HACCP systems.

You’ll plan staff rotas, manage budgets and costs, and work with colleagues to improve the service and meal uptake.
