Reporting directly to the Organisation Development and Employee Engagement Manager, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to enhancing organisational success.

About you

  • Proven experience in an Organisation Development or similar role, including designing and implementing engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, HR practices, and change management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in report writing and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • CIPD membership or relevant HR/Organisation Development qualification would be advantageous

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver strategies to improve organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Create and facilitate tailored training programmes, workshops, and innovative learning initiatives
  • Support change management projects and process enhancements within the organisation
  • Lead on employee wellbeing and engagement activities, including survey design, analysis, and action planning
  • Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and broader workforce development programmes
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully implement organisational development strategies
