Recruitment Consultant — Engineering & Manufacturing Growth

Optima UK is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow your own specialist market. You’ll build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, win new business and manage recruitment campaigns from vacancy qualification through to placement.

You’ll source high-quality candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, negotiate offers and deliver successful placements, working within a supportive team in the engineering, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
