Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Oldham | Panama Shifts | 24/7 Manufacturing Facility
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and growing FMCG manufacturing site in Oldham.
This is a hands-on role within an established engineering team, responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Support equipment upgrades and installations
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with production to maximise performance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to high standards
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3, HNC or HND in an engineering discipline or equivalent
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing or production maintenance experience
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
