Mobile Electrical Maintenance EngineerLondon£50,000 per annum + £140 per week Call-Out  Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider covering commercial properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a long-term role with a competitive salary, generous call-out allowance and plenty of overtime available. The Role You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. The role involves fault finding, testing and inspection, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities – Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems.– Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose electrical faults.– Complete electrical testing and inspection works.– Carry out repairs and minor installation works.– Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and health & safety procedures.– Accurately complete job reports and maintenance documentation.– Participate in the on-call rota. Requirements – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.– City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification is essential.– 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.– Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.– Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.– Full UK driving licence.
