Are you a 3–5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor ready to step out of a rigid corporate structure and into a role where your work directly shapes the business?

We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Commercial Property Solicitor to join our specialist team. To be comfortable working independently, handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants their ideas to be heard and who is motivated by the chance to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments (acting for both landlords and tenants).
  • Handle commercial acquisitions and disposals, including site acquisition, freehold/leasehold titles, and property finance transactions.
  • Advise on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, property development, and planning agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and key referrers.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and marketing activities.
  • Support and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, or trainees within the practice group.
