Junior Employment Lawyer – Technology Scale-Up (3 Months, Possible Extension)

We’re seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a fast-growing technology scale-up. You’ll work closely with the legal team and wider business, handling employment disputes and supporting with a range of litigation matters.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with review, preparation and negotiation of employment contracts
• Conduct legal research and draft documents
• Support internal stakeholders and external counsel on employment matters

What we’re looking for:

• Junior Lawyer with experience working on a employment law matters
• Ideally you have prior international employment experience
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior in-house/tech sector experience is a bonus but not essential
• You must be available to start immediately
