The Westin London City is seeking a Breakfast Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at 60 Upper Thames Street, London. You will help deliver a high-standard breakfast offering for our guests in a luxury hotel setting and work closely with the wider culinary team.
In this role you will set the standards for breakfast preparation, engage with guests, manage service, and support other kitchen sections while maintaining food quality and safety, in line with Head Chef and restaurant expectations.
