Airport Kitchen Lead: Level 2 Cook & Catering Assistant

Aspire Lounges Birmingham Airport is seeking a Level 2 Cook/Catering Assistant to lead the kitchen and ensure high-quality food and safe operations in a busy lounge setting.

The Kitchen Lead will train and coach staff, manage stock and waste, and work closely with lounge management to deliver exceptional guest experiences. A Level 2 Food Safety qualification and ability to work early mornings/evenings are required.
