Charity Retail Cover Supervisor (Zero Hours)

Blue Cross in Chipping Norton is seeking a Retail Cover Supervisor on a zero hours basis. You will support our volunteers, welcome customers and help manage a busy charity shop in Market Place. The role involves handling donations, pricing items, and creating an inviting shop environment to maximise fundraising.

You’ll supervise and assist customers, ensuring the shop runs smoothly while staying flexible with shifts. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work with a team are essential.
