Charity Shop Deputy Manager — Lead & Drive Sales

Guild Care Worthing is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager (BANK) to support the Shop Manager across all charity shops in West Sussex, including weekends. You will cover holiday and sickness, help hit sales targets, and maintain shop standards while leading volunteers.

This role requires a valid driving licence, a car, and the flexibility to work weekends; you’ll be part of a friendly team focused on community wellbeing and fundraising.
