Charity Shop Manager – Lead Team, Drive Sustainable Fashion

Isabel Hospice is seeking a committed Shop Manager for our charity shop in Sawbridgeworth. You will lead a small team of paid staff and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer care, and driving sales and gift aid performance to support our hospice services.

The role involves a 4 days over 7 shift pattern with weekend work and a focus on community engagement, ensuring high standards of display, stock handling and shop presentation.
