Life Enrichment Leader – Divisional Activities

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Divisional Activities Lead to support activity coordinators across the Central Division. You will drive a life enrichment program and ensure adherence to the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to achieve outstanding regulatory results.

You will travel to homes, deliver wellbeing sessions, and lead planning meetings with coordinators. This role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to manage multiple homes and teams across the country.
