Sub-Specialty Clinic Scheduler

Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Sub-Speciality Appointment Co-Ordinator to join the Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women’s Hospital. This full-time post (37.5 hours) involves managing consultant diaries, coordinating face-to-face, telephone and virtual bookings, and producing patient communications.

The role requires excellent communication, accurate data entry, and strong knowledge of the Patient Access Policy to ensure timely referrals and RTT pathways are followed.
