Head Chef – Care Home Kitchen Lead, Fresh Meals & Hygiene

South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team across our care homes. You will implement the Company Chef’s standards, create high-quality meals, and manage hygiene, table settings and equipment safety. The role includes planning, training, and periodic audits to ensure excellent dining experiences for residents.

Hours are 40 per week with alternate weekends. A Level 2 Chef qualification, IDDSI knowledge and Food Hygiene Level 2/3 are required for this busy catering
