The role supports a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) after an initial training period and involves handling enquiries, researching best deals, and processing travel documentation.
You will advise on visa and passport requirements, manage refunds and cancellations, and work rota shifts from 8am to 6pm.
