Impactful SEND Support & Care Assistant — Entry Level

Protocol Education are recruiting an entry level Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding Special Needs school in Witham. The role involves supporting pupils with Autism and other needs, including personal care where required, and helping non-verbal students with communication.

This is a long-term, full-time position with hours 8:30am-3:30pm, five days a week. No experience is required, but a real passion for helping children with special needs is essential;
