Kick-start a high-impact career in insurance pricing

If you’re a STEM graduate who loves data, problem-solving, and seeing your work matter, Insurance pricing analytics is one of the fastest routes to a well-paid, highly respected role in insurance.

Pricing analysts don’t just crunch numbers. They answer questions with millions of data points and real financial stakes:

  • How do we price insurance competitively whilst protecting margins?
  • What patterns in data signal risk?
  • Where do we compete, and where do we lead?

This is work that shapes business strategy from day one.

FlarePeople’s Pricing Pathfinders Academy is your direct path in.

We train graduates to become Insurance pricing analysts through a full-time 10 week academy, then ongoing on the job training. Then we deploy you straight into a live role at a major Insurer with a guaranteed career progression plan and ongoing mentoring.

No endless applications. No uncertainty. You’re employed, trained, and placed with ongoing support for 2 years as you become a future Insurance Pricing leader.
